What to bring for your dog's stay
To help your dog feel comfortable and ensure a smooth check-in process, please bring the following:
Food Please bring your dog’s regular food for their stay, along with extra in case of delays or changes in plans. If your dog’s food runs out or a diet change is needed for medical reasons, we may provide a prescription diet (Hill’s i/d) to maintain consistency and digestive health. This will be added to your invoice as needed.
Bedding & Comfort Items
We provide clean, comfortable bedding for all guests. You may bring up to two (2) blankets from home. Beds are not permitted to maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation. One small toy may be included (no balls). While we do our best to care for personal items, we are not responsible for items that become lost or damaged.
Leash or Carrier
All dogs must arrive on a leash or in a carrier for the safety of our staff and other guests.
Medications & Supplements
If your dog requires medications, supplements, or vitamins, all items must be brought in their original packaging. Please provide clear instructions for dosage and timing. Bring enough for the entire stay, plus extra if possible. A daily medication administration fee applies. Additional fees may apply for injectable medications or specialized care.
Treats (Optional)
You are welcome to bring your dog’s favorite treats for their stay.
Important Notes
Please label all personal items with your dog’s name. We are unable to accept rawhide, raw meat, or shock collars.
All items are subject to review for safety and suitability.
